Cancellations. I do not accept cancellations for personalised orders. I also do not accept cancellations if I have already started on your order. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me as soon as possible please.

Returns Policy. I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from me, so if for any reason you are not then please contact me immediately on receipt of the item. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of item/s you wish to return, and items must be returned to me within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or is different to that which was ordered.. Please ensure the item is in it’s original packaging, and sent via a postal service which fully covers the cost of it for insurance purposes. Please always obtain a proof of posting. Please note: Personalised items cannot be returned. Once item(s) are received, provided they are in the same condition to which they were sent out, I will issue a full refund within 14 days to the original payment source.

Shipping. At present, shipping is to the UK Mainland only. Delivery In stock items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Personalised items are dispatched within 1-2 weeks. If there is a delay for any reason with your order, I will advise you immediately.
